סטודיו מורכב דרש התמודדות עם סוגיית הצורך בבנייה צפופה ובייעול השימוש
בקרקע דרך שימוש בכלי של בנייה תת-קרקעית במרחב תחנת הרכבת התת-קרקעית העתיד "סומייל" במפגש הרחובות ארלוזורוב ואבן גבירול בתל אביב
הרעיון הקונספטואלי שליווה את הליך התכנון נולד מחוויה אישית והוביל לרצון לייצר מקום חי המוליד הזדמנויות אנושיות ומספק במה למגוון של אירועים
בעוד הקונספט העיצובי שליווה את ההליך נולד מסלעי הכורכר המקומיים שתורגמו לדיון על שכבות, מבטים וקוויות
התוצר הינו פרוייקט הצומח הישר מהרכבת התחתית, המשלב מסחר, תעסוקה, בילוי ומגורים ליצירת מרחב פעיל 24/7 לעיר, לנוסעים ולשוהים.
"Line-Up", Complex Studio, 4th Year, 2021
Complex studio required dealing with the need for dense construction and maximizing the ground usage through the use of underground planning at the future underground train station "Somail" (Arlozorov and Ibn Gvirol street intersection, Tel Aviv)
The conceptual idea that guided the planning process was born from a personal experience and led to a desire to create a living space that engenders human opportunities and provides a stage for a variety of events. While the design concept that accompanied the project was born from the local Kurkar rocks which transferd into a discussion obout layers, openings and roughness.
The product is a project that grows straight from the subway, combining commerce, employment, recreation and residence to create an 24/7 space for the one who travels and the one who stays.
2021 ,'אולדיז", סטודיו עיצוב פנים, שנה ד"
סטודיו עיצוב פנים התמקם במבנה תעשייה ברחוב קיבוץ גלויות. הבקשה הייתה לייצר חלל מגורים אישי ללקוח מאופיין ללא התערבות בחזיתות הבניין. התוצר שהתקבל הוא מכלול מגורים לגמלאיות בדגש על יצירת שלושה סוגי חללים המייצרים גם מערך של קהילתיות: ציבורי, סמי ציבורי ופרטי. חלוקה זו הושגה באמצעות שימוש במחיצות משולבות ארונות רב-שימושיים וללא הקמת קירות פנים חדשים. בבניין מתקיימים חיי אמנות תוססים, ובהתאם נבחר קונספט עיצובי העוסק בצבע חומר וטקסטורה המחיים את שנות הנעורים של הדיירות.
"Oldies", Interior Design Studio, 4th year, 2021
Interior design studio located in an industrial building on Kibbutz Galuyot Street. The challenge was to produce a personal living space for a specific client (without interfering with the building’s facades). The outcome is a residential complex for retirees, focusing on creating an hierarchy of spaces that also produces an array of communalities: public, semi-public and private. This division was achieved through the use of partitions and multi-purpose cabinets, without any use of interior walls. The building has a vibrant art life. Accordingly, the chosen design concept shows vibrant usage of colors, materials and textures that reflects the youth years of the inhabitants.
פרי זכרוני", סטודיו נוף, שנה ד', 2021"
סטודיו נוף ביקש להקים פארק מטרופוליני בשטח הפתוח הכלוא בין כביש 531 החדש, כביש איילון צפון, שדה התעופה הרצליה ושכונת נחלת עדה בהרצליה. הקונספט התכנוני ביקש לעסוק בעבר של אזור השרון לצד עברו של הישראלי המקומי. הפארק תוכנן בדגש על שלוש מחשבות נוסטלגיות: זכרון המפעל ההתיישבותי, זכרון הפרדס כסמל נופי וסמל ילדות, וזכרון המים המקומי. התוצר מומש בזכות שימוש בטופוגרפיה, בתנועה היררכית, שתילה מחושבת של פונקציות וצמחייה במחשבה אדוקה על פינות חמד אינטימיות לצד מרבדי בילויי ציבוריים.
"Memory lane", Landscape Studio, 4th Year, 2021
Landscape Studio was about creating a metropolitan park in the open space imprisoned between the new Road 531, Ayalon North Road, Herzliya Airport and the Nahalat Ada neighborhood in Herzliya. The planning concept sought to deal with the past of the Sharon region alongside the past of the local Israeli. The park was designed with an emphasis on three nostalgic thoughts: the memory of the settlement, the memory of the orchard as a landscape and a childhood symbol, and the memory of a local river. The outcome matured thanks to the usage of topography, hierarchical movement, though-out planting of functions and vegetation in a verity of intimate and public spaces.

סטודיו מגורים עסק בסוגית הציפוף העתידי בישראל בכלל ובתל אביב בפרט. הדרישה הייתה לצופף פי כמה מונים את מתחם השוק הסיטונאי בתל אביב תחת תנאי תסריט עתידי לשנת 2050. התוצר כלל קומפלקס מגורים ששם דגש על עירוב שימושים ויצירת היררכיה של פרטיות: ציבורי, סמי-ציבורי ופרטי. הקומפלקס כלל מסחר, תעסוקה, פנאי ומגורים הטבועים במערך עיצובי המבקש לתת מענה לבעיות אקלימיות וסביבתיות שילוו את תל אביב ב2050. במתחם קיימים שני סוגי דירות: דירות זוגיות ודירות משפחתיות, המותאמות בהקפדה רבה לצרכיהם של הדיירים. למען הציפוף, הדירות נדרשו למקסימום הפונקציונאלית במינימום המ״ר, ולמטרת כך הומצא ׳גזע הארון׳ ממנו נשלפות כל הפונקציות הדרושות למגורים
"U-Turn", Residental Studio, 3rd Year, 2020
residential Studio dealt with the issue of future densification. The challenge was to multiply the residential density in the “wholesale market complex” in Tel Aviv for a future scenario taking place in 2050. The complex included commerce, employment, leisure and housing inherent in a design system that seeks to address the climatic and environmental problems that will accompany Tel Aviv in 2050. Two types of apartments in the complex: couple apartments and family apartments, which are carefully adapted to the needs of the inhabitants. For the sake of density, the apartments were required to have the maximum functionality in the minimum square meter, and for this purpose the 'closet trunk' was invented from which all the necessary functions for living are pulled out.

הפרוייקט מבקש לשתול אופי בקו התפר שלא שייך לאף אחד ועוסק בקבצי תנועה משתנים בדגש על החוויה הנוצרת מתוכם
"Crossroad", Urban-Landscape Studio, 3rd Year, 2020
Urban-landscape studio set the challenge to resolve a space functioning as seam line between three cities: Bnei-Brak, Ramat-Gan and Tel-Aviv. It has been requested to give character and bring life to a space that “doesn’t belong to nobody”. The outcome was a project involving movement in different paces and its effect on the urban experience.
